Raw dog food from named British farms, delivered frozen
Luky & Co is a new UK raw dog food subscription. We're starting with three complete recipes, with the farm named on every pack and each box portioned for your dog. A gently cooked version is in development too.
How our raw dog food subscription will work
- 1
Tell us about your dog
Age, weight, shape, routine and health. It takes about 3 minutes.
- 2
We make it in small batches
Named cuts and offal, made into complete recipes and portioned for your dog.
- 3
It arrives frozen
Delivered to your door, ready to go straight in the freezer.
- 4
Thaw and serve
Thaw a pack in the fridge overnight and serve. Pause or skip whenever you like.
Four rules a recipe has to pass before it goes on sale
Where something isn't proven yet, the status says so. Tap through them.
Named cuts and offal, bought from the human food chain
Grass-fed British beef, free-range chicken and wild-caught fish. The farm or supplier goes on the pack. No meat meal, no mechanically separated meat and nothing labelled "animal derivatives".
Complete and balanced, checked by a vet nutritionist
Each recipe is built to the FEDIAF standard for complete dog food and signed off by an independent vet nutritionist. We will publish the full nutrient table for every one.
No plastic in the box
That's the rule we're building to, for the food pack, the liner, the insulation, the tape and the labels. We'll show you what every layer is made of before the first box ships.
Small batches, with the date on
Every pack shows the date it was made and its batch number, so you always know how fresh it is.
What will never go in our dog food
Turn over most bags of dog food and you'll find a few of these on the back. Tap any of them to see why they're on our list.
on ours
Back of the bag
Tap for why
Unnamed meat. You can't tell which animal it came from, or which part.
A paste stripped from bones by machine, rather than a cut you could name.
Cheap plant protein that makes the number on the label look higher than the meat would.
A bulking fibre left over from making sugar.
Keeps semi-moist food chewy on a shelf for months.
Bulks a recipe out for less than meat costs.
Makes food more tempting. Dogs don't need it.
Colours are there for the owner. The dog never notices.
Three raw dog food recipes we're starting with
Each is built around one main protein, so there's a recipe for dogs who can't have chicken or beef. Pick one to look inside.

- Grass-fed beef
- Heart
- Liver
- Green tripe
- Egg yolk
- Carrot
- Kale
- Kelp

The rule every supplier has to meet
If we wouldn't buy that meat for our own dinner, it doesn't go in. The same goes for the box it comes in, which is why we want no plastic anywhere in it.
We'll be honest about where we're up to as we go, including the parts that aren't finished yet. Read the full story.
Join the founding list for the first boxes
The recipes are in development now. The founding list hears first when they're tested and priced, and gets the first boxes before anyone else.
